We want you to be happy with your jewels! If they don't make you say "I want more," you can return qualifying item(s) for a refund or credit within 30 days. Just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll walk you through the process! Refunds outside of 30 days can be returned for credit only.
We do not provide return labels at this time. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
*Orders placed during our Black Friday and Cyber Monday sale are a FINAL SALE and are excluded from all returns.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and in new condition
- In their original packaging
- Sale items and personalized items are FINAL SALE
Returns are sent to our headquarters in Boise, ID, USA. Shipping costs and any other fees associated with sending your package back will be the responsibility of the customer. Note that packages that incur duties/customs or handling fees will be not be accepted or deducted from your refund. Once your return is received, a refund or credit will be issued to you within 2 weeks.
Note that refunds vary on a case by case basis, and not all refunds are treated the same so please contact us before sending your order back.
The easiest way to make an exchange is to return the item you do not want and place a new order for the correct item. This way, you don't have to wait for your returned item to be received before your new item is shipped out. Once your return is received, a refund or credit will be issued.
